    Maintain database of construction projects for the
    company. Divide island in clients' questions about products, prices, availability,
    and product uses. Coordinate technical trainings and presentations for
    contractors, installers, architects, engineers, and designers to show products.
    Recommend products to customers, based on customers' needs and interests.
    Consult with clients after sales to resolve problems and to provide ongoing
    technical support and warranty issues. Establish sales strategies to secure that
    Enco & Weco products have a prominent presence and are used according to
    specifications. Execute sales strategies for school rehabilitation and public
    infrastructure projects. Coordinate Launch & Learn activities to stakeholders
    within the construction industry.Responsible for penetration of the market and
    sale of our product catalogs that include the lines: Enco, Weco, Miracle, Cortag,
    and FWS throughout the island and various categories such as acrylic paints,
    oil-based paints, primers and sealants for the elastomeric base, acrylic and
    silicone bases, enamel and water-based paints, cement products such as glues
    for slabs with and without polymers and for different sizes and formats, gray
    construction materials, specialized tools for the installation of slabs, ceramic
    coatings, and adhesive mortars for slabs, among others. Market these products
    require specialized advice and the presentation of complete and specific
    systems for each project since they have different characteristics according to
    their geographical location, height, climate, and humidities, among other things.
